On Monday 30th of July, Te Ngahere has been learning how much sugar is in common drinks we drink often. We had to decide if it was something you should drink everyday, sometimes or occasionally. Did you know that e2 has 24 teaspoons of sugar in a 750ml bottle? That’s heaps of sugar people are drinking. The daily intake of sugar is 6 teaspoons of sugar for girls and 9 teaspoons for boys. That means you would be drinking more than enough sugar.
